Privacy notice
What this site collects, and what it does not.
This notice covers solairebrands.com, operated by Solaire Brands Limited, Unit 2904–05, 29/F Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong. Last updated 27 September 2026.
The contact form
When you send a message through one of our forms, we receive what you type: your name, the brand, company or firm, the country, your email address, your message and, if you add it, your brand’s website address. We use it to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to prepare for it. Messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-delivery service that passes the submission to our mailbox; Web3Forms processes it only for that purpose. We keep messages for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting or identifying individual visitors. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run and protect the service.
If you write to ceo@solairebrands.com, we hold your email for the same purpose and period as a form message.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by writing to ceo@solairebrands.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong or the supervisory authority in your EU or UK country.
Confidentiality
Anything a founder or brand owner shares with us about a business is treated as confidential from the first message, and we sign an NDA before any financials are shared.
